The Holt Bookshop is open Monday – Saturday from 9am – 5pm in Lion House Court. Our sister shop The Holt Book Gallery is also open in Lion House Court, selling second hand books and more, Thursday – Saturday 10am-4pm (closed between 1-1.30pm).
We are also open the first Sunday of the month for the Holt Market (starts 6th April), from 11am – 3pm, and every Sunday during the summer holidays.

The Holt Bookshop re-opened in its new site in Lion House Court on 1st August 2020.
Under the ownership of Pam Horrocks and Keith Britten, the new site – although a little smaller than the old shop – still carries a large range of fiction, non-fiction, children’s books and local book and maps.
